Fresh, real coffee - the traditional cafetiere brews some of the best. Groundhog answers the two questions "What about the washing up?" and "How much coffee?"
Groundhog is a unique coffee catcher that fits any existing traditional three part spring filter 4, 6 or 8 cup cafetiere with an 86mm plunger support disk and works with no modification to the cafetiere.
The plunger head attaches into the Groundhog and catches all the used coffee grounds. When you remove the plunger from the jug Groundhog comes out with it, and so do all the grounds. Cool and drain, then gently ease Groundhog from the plunger head from one side to release it. Simply empty all those messy coffee grounds into the bin.
For a perfect brew every time either load the desired amount of fresh coffee up to the line and drop Groundhog into the cafetiere, or place Groundhog in the cafetiere and then add the desired amount of coffee. Up to the line is approximately 50 grammes.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Load Groundhog with the desired amount of fresh coffee up to the line, either before or after dropping into the cafetiere. Up to the line is approximately 50 grammes.
Brew in the usual way, as directed in the cafetiere instructions. Press the plunger to enter Groundhog at the base of the jug and gently collect the coffee grounds.
Empty the cafetiere, lift out the plunger with Groundhog attached.
Allow Groundhog to drain and cool.
Release Groundhog from the plunger from one side.
Empty the coffee grounds into the bin.
